  3. In "Sew Retro, Baby", is there an acrylic template available for the circle "pie and wedge" pieces. These look much larger than my Drunkard's Path acrylic templates would make them to be. Mine are more half and half, sort of, whereas the pie pieces in your quilt look exaggerated (and really NICE). I would be interested to know how to get a set of these exaggerated sort of drunkard's path templates.
    thanks,

    1. Hi Kate! Glad you stopped in and like the Sew Retro, Baby! quilt. You are a no-reply blogger, so I hope you do stop back in to see this reply!

I did not use an acrylic template to make the Drunkard's Path blocks. I drew and made my own templates out of cardboard. And, yes, the circle portion is larger than the standard Drunkard's Path. This pattern, which includes the template size used, is for sale in my Craftsy Pattern store here... http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/quilting/home-decor/sew-retro-baby/51073

If you would like to learn how to draw your own templates, here is a link to a great tutorial...

Thanks for the visit, Kate! Hope to see you again soon!

(I don't I think of would have ever thought of doing the ducks feet like you did...to name one point) But the krazy kat is my all favorite! Just love to look at your quilts!
